Dr Martin Douglas Hendry is the marketing consultant at Needle Partners and enjoys the responsibility of telling the story of the firm.

Martin has close to a decade of experience specialising in legal marketing and has particular expertise in communicating the value and importance of quality legal services, bridging the gap between clients and their legal support.

Martin became part of the team in 2025, having long been a supporter of the firm. Martin joined close to Needle’s 18th anniversary and was particularly excited to reflect on the firm’s growth over the past 18 years, as well as supporting the team in amplifying Needle’s successes into the future.

In his spare time, Martin enjoys photography, spending time with friends and keeping an eye on his favourite football team, Tottenham Hotspur.
