KASH RAMLI

BEHAVIOURAL SCIENCE DIRECTOR

Kash joined Needle in August 2013 to set up and run Needle's marketing department. His background is in the application of psychology and behavioural economics, and has done so in various contexts from international security policy in Australia to conflict management in South Sudan. He has an MSc in Social Cognition from University College London and applies his knowledge of the behaviour sciences to Needle's marketing strategy. He also runs seminars for Needle's clients on the application of behavioural sciences to help improve their businesses. These topics include negotiations, employee motivation, financial service regulation and conflict.

In his spare time, Kash enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing and cooking.
