Sharon Needle nominated in Women & Diversity in Law Awards 2026

We’re excited to acknowledge that our Managing Partner, Sharon Needle, is a multiple nominee in the Women & Diversity in Law Awards 2026.

Sharon has been nominated for the following categories:

Law Firm Leader of the Year (International)

Law Firm Leader of the Year (Boutique Law Firm)

Unsung Hero of the Year

The Women & Diversity in Law Awards set out to shine a light on individuals and organisations which champion the role of women and those from the broadest range of experience and backgrounds in the legal profession.

We’re extremely grateful to be recognised.

The final shortlist will be announced on 18 February, with the awards themselves taking place on 28 April.
