Property Team Grows

Needle has recently made a number of new recruits into its property department.

This recruitment drive included three new hires but also saw two trainees qualifying into the department. Lincoln Darlington joins as a Partner having previously been a Partner at Nexus Law in Manchester. Colin Dixon returns as a Partner following a short spell at Genus Law. Trainees Tom Flounders and Leon Dawkins have both qualified as solicitors into the property team.

The team has been put together to help cater to Needle's growing number of property clients both local and international, especially through its Malaysian office. Despite the drop in the Malaysian currency, significant amounts of interest continue to come from Malaysia for property investment both in London and regionally. Managing partner, Sharon Needle, said. "We’re working hard to help refocus these foreign investors to the Yorkshire region as return on investment in London begins to fall. The new recruits all have their unique expertise and experience that together make an excellent team for our wide range of clients”.
