Grace-Ann joined Needle Partners in July 2017 as Head of Finance and Operations; her vast legal accounts knowledge and in depth understanding of compliance, combined with her shrewd business acumen, is well placed to help drive the business forward.

After studying Business and Financial Management at Leeds Beckett University, Grace-Ann became a member of the Institute of Legal Finance and Management. As well as being skilled in budgeting, forecasting and negotiation, Grace-Ann is renowned for her expertise in SRA compliance and procedure development, having worked for both international and niche law firms, including Addleshaw Goddard and Genus Law.

Prior to her move in to the legal industry, Grace-Ann worked for the public sector, streamlining operations and improving the client journey with both the Department for Work and Pensions and the Ministry of Justice. One of her proudest achievements being her involvement in the successful implementation of the Lean Transformation Programme, which resulted in efficiency savings in excess of £150 million.

Grace-Ann believes that a mindset of “comfort outside of your own comfort zone” is essential and therefore spends her spare time pushing personal boundaries, having recently completed the Great North Run, the Yorkshire Three Peaks and scaled Mount Kilimanjaro.

Grace-Ann was recently appointed Needle Partner’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
