The length of time a debt recovery will take

The time that it takes from taking your initial instructions to obtaining a Court Judgement or starting enforcement proceedings depends on the stage at which your claim is at when the debt is paid.  It also depends on the debtor, whether your claim is disputed and the insolvency status of the debtor.  We will be able to give you an accurate timescale once we have more information and as the claim progresses.
